Where can I find my tracking number?
All tracking numbers will be sent to you via email. If you have not received your tracking number in a timely manner, please check your spam folder.
How long does shipping take?
Once your order is shipped it will take anywhere from 3-5 business days to arrive. Please allow a 1-2 day processing time added to each order before it is shipped out.
Please note, ALOHANGELZ is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you believe that your package has been misplaced or stolen, please contact your local post office for further investigation.
Who do I contact regarding my order?
All order inquires should be made to sales@alohangelz.com. Please do not DM or leave comments regarding your order on our social sites.
Instagram direct messages will have a slower response rate due to high volume messages, it will be easy for your message to get lost below other messages.
How soon will I receive a response?
Email response time is 24-48 business hour. (Weekends are not included).
How do I cancel my order?
There are no cancellations. Please be sure you want to place your order before ordering.
Is there a number I can contact?

My package shows that it was delivered however, I did not receive it?
Please use your confirmation email as a reference and confirm that the mailing address was inputted correctly. Check with any neighbors or members in your household. Finally, contact your local post office for further investigation. Unfortunately, once your package is shipped it is completely out of our hands. We apologize.
How do I get a refund?
No refunds are issued unless there was a mistake on our part during the fulfillment process of your order.
International shipping
We accept worldwide shipping. Rates begin at $27 and up depending on the weight of the product and where it is being shipped to. You will be able to check and verify the shipping rate on the checkout page. Please allow the standard 3-5 business day shipping.
